BACKGROUND
Born in Cornwall, Ontario, Kim picked up a pencil
began to draw. Her subjects were animals of all kinds.
Always interested in sketching and nature,
she began painting, which was a gift in her family.
Her mother and grandmother were painters in oils
and fine china from France.
Kim moved to Brockville at 16, but being a busy teenager,
she didn’t start painting again until age 25.

MEMBERSHIPS
Having taken lessons from Henry Vyfinkel, she now belongs
to the Brockville Artists’ Studio and the South Grenville
Guild of Fine Art, and exhibits at the Brockville
Museum and the MERC Hall.
