Whether my paintings start from a concept, a feeling, a dream, or something
realistic,
they all come from my inner desire to discover,to communicate something...

ARTISTS STATEMENT:
A meditator for the last twenty years I have participated in many
meditation and personal growth groups in Canada, USA, Italy and
India, and have been conducting seminars in Meditation,
and also Inner Child and Co- Dependency groups through SLC
and privately, since Fall 93. My paintings, therefore, are
part of this meditative process. I decide what colors I am going to
use, and then start by applying paint at random or with a shape
and/or line, and then sensing what comes next. The final result can
be a long process, going through many changes, sometimes over
several months/years! Whether my paintings start from a concept,
a feeling, a dream, or something realistic, they all come from
my inner desire to discover, to communicate something to myself,
and hopefully to others, an image that expresses my journey as a
Seeker. There is no goal but the path.
